Existence of extremal solutions for a class of nonlinear fractional differential equations with p-Laplacian

Abstract
This paper investigates the existence of both minimal and maximal solutions for a certain class of fractional differential equations involving the p-Laplacian operator, subject to boundary conditions. The nonlinear term is assumed to be a continuous function. The method of lower and upper solutions, combined with a monotone iterative technique, is employed to establish the existence of extremal solutions. An example is provided to illustrate the applicability of the main results.
