Epiconvergence of a sequence of integral functionals on a measure space

Abstract

This work presents the epiconvergence of nonlinear integral functionals defined on bounded Radon measures, with applications to homogenization in microstructured media. Using variational and measure-theoretic tools, it characterizes the homogenized functional and proves convergence under the vague topology.
