Stability, periodicity and oscillation of some systems of difference equations defined by a permutation

Abstract

The present paper establishes results on the relationship between the stability characteristics, asymptotic behavior, periodicity, and oscillation of a difference equation and certain general systems of difference equations defined using permutation groups. We show that the study of the system reduces to the study of the equation. Our system includes many particular cases that have been studied in the literature.
